As an etiquette advisor specializing in personal branding, Janika LeMaitre helps business owners, entrepreneurs, and industry trailblazers fine-tune their reputations. Her experience spans over twenty years, working for globally recognized brands, including five-star, five-diamond hotels, an international airline, and luxury retailers. Her love of travel has enabled her to take positions in Australia, the United Arab Emirates, and the United States of America.
Along her journey, Janika learned the importance of adapting to her surroundings through personal brand evolution. Reinventing herself, she followed her instincts and established The Better Professional®, based in Boston, USA, for clients who want to teach their teams how to polish how they present themselves to the world.
She resides close to Boston with her husband, daughter, and two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels.

Janika holds certifications with the Protocol School of Washington, the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and The British School of Excellence. The Institute of Leadership & Management also recognizes her through her accreditation. In addition, Jan is a member of the Protocol & Diplomacy International - Protocol Officers Association, currently serves as a board advisor with the Boston Lyric Opera, is a board member for the Rotary Club of Weston & Wayland, and is board president of WBG Connects, a nonprofit women's business networking group based in Wellesley, Massachusetts.
