Janika LeMaitre is a reputational strategist specializing in personal branding and reputation management for executives, leadership teams and young professionals.
Janika studied Hospitality Management at the Alexander College’s School of Hospitality in Perth, Australia, and holds certifications from The Protocol School of Washington, Yale School of Management, The British School of Excellence, and The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Utilizing her education and training, she began her career working in luxury customer
experience for some of the most highly regarded brands in the world including The Four Seasons Hotels
and Resorts, Emirates Airlines and the legendary fashion house Burberry.
She then founded The Better Professional, an advisory firm that counsels organizations on aligning client-facing behavior with brand promise to strengthen retention, reinforce credibility, and mitigate reputational risk. Her work draws on governance insight, behavioral psychology, and executive-level accountability to help leaders translate strategy into visible, consistent professional conduct.
Janika serves on several nonprofit and advisory boards, including the Women’s Business Group, where
she currently serves as Chair; Ready Inspire Act, Inc.; Boston Lyric Opera; and the IVIRMA North
America Patient Advisory Council. She is also a member of Protocol Diplomacy International – Protocol
Officers Association.
She lives in the Boston area with her family. The Polished Persona is her first book.
